Need financing? 

Securing your finances is an important first step in the purchase of your new home. Securing your finances first will ensure that your time is spent looking for property that you can afford. However, all lenders are not the same! As a courtesy to my clients, I maintain list of preferred lenders who will work hard to find the best possible financing for you. My lenders are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and will take the time to explain everything in details “before” you sign on the dotted line. I am happy to refer you to one of my preferred lenders!  I help home buyers make decisions like this every day. I will thoroughly evaluate the home of your choosing to ensure that you get the best value for your money. I will compare the home to other similar homes in the neighborhood and make sure that the home is not priced above its current market value.
